FC Duliselm was founded in 2011, initially as an HP corporate team for the newly established IT League—a competition it won in its very first year. Through consistency and numerous successes, the club has established itself as a prominent name in Bulgarian mini-football, competing at both national and European levels. Today, Duliselm is a licensed sports club active in both mini-football and futsal, with players who have gone on to represent the Bulgarian national team.
